Okeanos E-aquarium offers delivery service to your doorsteps for all buyers within Malaysia. We will be using Pos Laju courier services with tracking number. ETA after shipping is within three working days for Peninsular Malaysia and within five working days for East Malaysia after shipment.
Shipping days for our products are from Monday to Friday (except public holiday), we will ship your parcels within the next two shipping days after receiving clear payment. Our Pos Laju delivery has a 100% arrival record, no shipments had gone astray thus far! Do be aware that you or your representative need to be present and sign upon receiving shipments.

We will provide full refund OR resend the shipment if the shipment is severely damaged or missing. Damages due to mishandling by recipients or minor damage will not be entertain.
